Victor Signes
As Service Manager at WCA Technologies, Victor is responsible for creating support workflows, implementing strategic efficiencies, setting performance targets, monitoring budgets, resolving escalated issues, and implementing process improvements. Under Victor’s leadership, WCA Technologies is better able to deliver service and technical support to its clients.
Victor holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College.
Prior to joining WCA, he was a Service Manager dedicated to providing best-in-class support, engaged in resolving escalated issues and collaborating with other departments to improve service and efficiency. He has a proven track record leading teams and streamlining internal processes.
When he is not at work, Victor divides his time between Nature, physics, Sci-Fi, renewable energy projects, and family.
He is fluent in Spanish.
